Senior Regional Manager

Kathe Lang serves as Senior Regional Manager for Arizona, California and Washington State, recently transferring from Gables' South Florida region. With over 19 years of experience with Gables managing assets in Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties, as well as the Orlando and Tampa markets, Gables is excited to utilize her leadership in Southern California market. Additionally, she has served on Gables' Customer Service Board and Operations Strategic Implementation Group. She also holds a Florida Real Estate Sales License and is active in several charitable organizations.

Amanda Benelli
Regional Manager

Amanda Benelli has been involved in the property management industry for over 11 years and joined Gables in 2004. Amanda is currently responsible for overseeing 1912 residential units in San Diego and the Inland Empire. Prior to joining Gables, Amanda had the opportunity to work with two national property management firms where she gained experience in both on-site operations and management. She earned her Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation in 2008. She is currently active in the Apartment Association of the Greater Inland Empire and the San Diego County Apartment Association.
