Kay Corse
Regional Manager

Kay Corse is a Regional Manager in Dallas, as well as oversees asset operations in Chicago and Tennessee.  Joining Gables in 2007, she brings 23 plus years of multi-family management experience, including 17 years with JPI. In her career she has overseen lease-ups, stabilized and fee management assets.

Shelly Coulter
Regional Manager

Shelly Coulter has over 16 years in property management experience and recently re-joined Gables as a Regional Manager in the Dallas region. Her past experience involves the management of over 3000 units in the Dallas and Houston markets and managing a range of property types from new construction to tax credit and affordable housing. She is an active member of the Apartment Association of Greater Dallas, the Apartment Association of Tarrant County and the Texas Apartment Association.

Shae Sims
Regional Manager

Shae Sims is a Regional Manager in the Dallas region, joining Gables in 2007. Since entering the multi-family housing industry in 2002, Shae has managed a variety of multi-site portfolios including 3,500 owner-managed units in the Dallas market and lease-ups for fee-managed, owner-managed and joint venture assets.  Her experience also includes audit compliance, capital planning and management, acquisitions and dispositions. Prior to her career in the multi-family industry, she was based in England as head of European marketing for a Fortune 500 company.
