Each community on LRO is assigned a Pricing Manager who monitors new lease pricing daily. Along with a daily pricing review, the pricing manager closely monitors submarket performance based on the onsite team’s data entry into LRO and market prognosticators reports.

Information Technology

The Gables technology team adeptly manages multiple vendor relationships while maintaining a secure and efficient tech stack anchored by the Yardi property management software.

Sustainability

Gables’ sustainability strategy is reflected in the daily practices of the investment, operations and corporate teams but is guided by our Director of Sustainability and our sustainability council.

Facilities Management

Our facilities team is dedicated to "Taking Care" of your physical asset. From overseeing training and capital walks to managing preventative maintenance, they will become intimately familiar with every facet of your building.
